Arrangement in Event of No. 8 Typhoon Signal and Black Rainstorm Warning

1) Clinic is open and Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted before 14:00

Clinic will remain open, clients have booked slots after the hositing time and before 14:00 can cancel booking via Online Booking System or contact Clinic to cancel. Deposit, if any, would be retained for reuse. However, deposit would be confiscated for without cancellation and no show case.

2) Clinic is open and Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted after 14:00

Clinic will remain open, clients have booked slots after the hoisting time can cancel booking via Online Booking System or contact Clinic to cancel. Deposit, if any, would be retained for reuse. However, deposit would be confiscated for without cancellation and no show case.

3) Clinic is open and Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted

Clinic will be closed immediately and all the remaining bookings would be cancelled automatically. SMS will be sent to inform clients of the cancellation. Deposit, if any, would be retained for reuse.

4) Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted before 8:00am

Clinic will not open and all the bookings before 14:00 would be cancelled automatically. Deposit, if any, would be retained for reuse. SMS will be sent to inform clients of the cancellation.

5) Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is not lowered before 14:00

Clinic will remain not open and all the bookings after 14:00 would be cancelled automatically. Deposit, if any, would be retained for reuse. SMS will be sent to inform clients of the cancellation.

6) Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered before 16:00

Clinic will open within 2 hours and clients can book remaining slots via Online Booking System or contact Clinic to book.
